ICM is funded privately by churches and individuals
who believe in the Vision and Mission of ICM.
ICM receives NO FUNDS
from the state or federal governments
for any of it's programs or for the administration of them.
Fees are charged for some services and some clients are asked to help finance a percentage of their care.
